1. About us

ELEVATED is a clothing brand run by Prime Collective Pvt. Ltd., A-1/226-B, Third Floor, Janta Flats, Paschim Vihar, New Delhi 110063. By using this site or placing an order you agree to these terms.

2. Products and prices

We try to show colours, sizes and descriptions accurately, but screens differ, so colours may vary slightly. All prices are in Indian rupees (₹) and include applicable taxes unless stated. We may change prices or withdraw products at any time. An order is confirmed only when we accept it.

3. Orders and payment

Payments are processed securely by our payment partner. We may cancel and refund an order if an item is out of stock, if there is a pricing error, or if we suspect fraud.

4. Shipping, returns and refunds

These are governed by our Shipping Policy and our Returns, Exchanges & Refunds page, which form part of these terms.

5. Your account

If you create an account, keep your login details private. You are responsible for activity on your account. Please give accurate information.

6. Acceptable use

Do not misuse the site, try to break its security, scrape it in bulk, or use it for anything unlawful. Do not send us false return claims or tampered parcels. We may refuse service in such cases.

7. Intellectual property

The ELEVATED name, logo, designs, photos and text belong to us or our licensors. You may not copy or reuse them without written permission.

8. Liability

To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the site or products. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing here limits your rights under Indian consumer law.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. All disputes and matters arising from them are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Delhi, India.
